I am a busy running around being a full time single mom. Out of Shape, Living off what I made for my boys. It was the Summer of 2013. I had just got out the hospital for one of my many ailments and realized. There has to be a better way. So I did research because well I was preparing for War. So I needed a strategy! I looked up different diets like Atkins and Paleo. Then I looked into being active.  Finding exercises that I could adapt to my ailments. I wanted permanent results and Excuses don't bring them.

That's when I realized even chronically ill I could strive for optimum health. That's when I traded my old Life...For a Healthier one! Who knew those changes would have jump started my new entertainment career! I have been working consistently as a paid actress, model, and writer since 2014. Following my dreams led to the creation of more! Now... All my dreams are Future Plans!
